Q: How can I pay?
A: You may pay by: Cheque, Money order, Visa or MasterCard
Q: How much will I pay for shipping and handling?
A: Canada-based buyers: Cost varies for number of DVD’s ordered.
- For one (1) DVD the cost of shipping is $8.50.
- For two (2) DVD’s the cost of shipping is $12:50.
- For three to nine (3-9) DVD’s the cost of shipping is $14.00.
US-based buyers: Coming soon
Q: What happens if my DVD is lost or broken in the shipping process?
A: We will replace your DVD at no extra cost to you. Simply call the toll free number 1-877-484-7984 and notify them of your issue. A receipt of purchase may be required for a replacement product to be sent out to you.
Q: Do you provide receipts for DVD’s, Online Study Modules and Workshops purchased?
A: For DVD’s a receipt will be shipped along with the DVD.
For Online Study Modules you will be emailed a receipt.
For Workshops you will receive your receipt when you arrive on your first day of class.
Q: How can I get a refund or replacement for all products that I have purchased from Complementary Health Seminars?
A: For DVD’s a refund will be given if you receive a faulty DVD, but first the option of a replacement DVD will be given to you.
For Online Study Modules no refund will be granted.
For Workshops a refund will be granted if:
a) The Workshop has been cancelled due to a lack of registration in the class and it is not economically viable to run the Workshop.
b) If you or a family member is having a medical emergency and you are unable to attend. A Doctors note may be requested.
